- This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a tentative requirement to procure Simulation Center Support Equipment for the Government of Serbia, as further defined in the attached equipment list. As part of its market research, the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (STRI) is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of interested contractors capable of meeting the Government's requirement as outlined in the attachment. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The attached equipment list describes only the currently contemplated supplies to be procured and may vary from any subsequent Request for Quotations (RFQ)/Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of PEO STRI's market research. No RFQ/RFP exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ/RFP. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which PEO STRI can issue a contract. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a RFQ/RFP. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked quote mark Proprietary quote mark will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. PEO STRI will not pay for information in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ/RFP, make an award, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. PEO STRI requests a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for the attached equipment list, as well as any other relevant information, in response to this RFI. There is no page limit for responses.
