Description

This is Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 11 Contracting, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 to identify sources that are capable of providing transitional housing to authorized VA beneficiaries who are experiencing Substance Use Disorders and or homelessness/housing instability. This transitional housing should include room and utilities, access laundry facilities, and kitchen area and therapeutic and rehabilitative services within a 30 mile radius of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The housing facility must have a current occupancy permit or state license and be close to public transportation. A minimum of one (1) full time administrative staff on call and available for emergencies 24 hours/7 days a week. Housing facilities must conform to the standards of the Life Safety code (National Fire Protective Association #101). If this is a service your business can provide please respond to this Sources Sought by Friday, 24 April 2015 4:00pm (EST).
