- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. Under W91YU0-15-T-0173, Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Integrated Science Support, in the estimated amount of $29,882.00 for a base year plus two one-year option periods, for Physicist Annual Mammography Inspections Survey services at General Leonard Wood (GLWACH) Army Community Hospital, FT Leonard Wood MO. This meets the requirements under State of Missouri Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies; equipment, or services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
