On 14 April 2015, NAVAIR will present an overview brief of the requirement, break for lunch, and reconvene with a facility tour. 15 April 2015 will consist of one-on-one sessions between individual companies and NAVAIR. Each company will have an opportunity to outline their capabilities and ask further questions regarding the requirement during the one-on-one sessions with NAVAIR. Companies must request a one-on-one session. Each session will be limited to one hour per company. Due to the limited capacity of the event location, only three (3) attendees from each company will be permitted to attend Industry Day and side sessions, if requested. Requirements Documents: The following documents have been attached with this Sources Sought amendment: - Contract Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, dated 21 January 2015 - Contract Attachment 2 - QECK and Engine Serial Number List - Contract Attachment 3 - Propeller Serial Number List - Contract Attachment 4 - Organizational Parts Listing - Contract Attachment 5 - GFP List - Contract Section B - Supplies and Services Requirements - Contract Section C - CLIN Description - Contract Section D - Pack and Handling - Contract Section E - Inspection Acceptance - Contract Section F - CLIN POP - Contract Section J -Documents List Description - Contract Exhibit A - CDRLS AXXX - Contract Exhibit B - CDRLS BXXX - Contract Exhibit C - CDRLS CXXX - Contract Exhibit D - CDRLS DXXX - Contract Exhibit F - Travel Authorization Sheet Badging Requirements: In order to participate in the facility tour, companies confirmed to attend this Industry Day event must submit the following information for each attendee on company letter head to Ms. Kathleen Getscher via email at kathleen.getscher@navy.mil no later than 8 April 2015. - Reason for Visit - Solicitation/contract Number - Date of Visit - Full Name (First, Middle, Last) - Title - Date of Birth - Place of Birth - Citizenship - Last four of Social Security Number All devices capable of photography are prohibited during the facility tour. Any comments, recommendations, and questions regarding the draft documents and the Government's requirement must be submitted in writing to Ms. Kathleen Getscher via email at kathleen.getscher@navy.mil no later than 30 April 2015. At any time after receipt of comments/questions, the Government reserves the right to contact respondents for further clarification of the submittal and the right to provide comments/questions to all companies included in the potential Bidder's List. The Government will consider any responses to this notice as consent to be included in the potential Bidder's List; therefore, please indicate if you do not want your company to be included on the list when you submit your company information as detailed below. A potential Bidder's List will be compiled from the Industry Day attendees and will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. Additionally, questions received from potential offerors and Government responses will be posted to the same site after 30 April 2015. After consideration of all comments received, a Request for Proposal will be issued. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information or amendments. All interested companies must notify Ms. Kathleen Getscher, via e-mail kathleen.getscher@navy.mil, no later than 3 April 2015 with Company Name, address, POC name & phone number, CAGE Code, number of attendees (including names and titles) and their interest in a one-on-one side session. All requests must be submitted via e-mail, please no phone calls. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.
