- This solicitation is a "SOURCES SOUGHT" only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. This request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this solicitation will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing the following items for VA Network Contracting Office 2: 1)MMT-751NAS/SMOKE - MINIMED 530G SYSTEM with ENLITE (included with pump: 1 Bayer contour USB Glucose Meter) 2)PS10 - REAL-TIME STARTER KIT (includes: MMT-7725NA-Transmitter 1unit, MMT-7008A-Enlite sensors 1 box/5pk, MMT-7510-Enlite Serter,MMT-7005NA-Charger & MMT-7006NA-Test plug) 3)MMT-723NAS/SMOKE - MINIMED PARADIGM REVEL PUMP (included with Pump Bayer Contour Next Link Meter/Carelink) Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the service listed above. Any offeror capable of providing these items shall respond to this sources sought notice by email to Stephanie French at Stephanie.French@va.gov Responses must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, April 9, 2015. No telephone responses will be accepted. The following information is required: 1.
