Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research on prospective contractors capable of managing the overflow of calls sent to the Veterans Crisis Line (VCL) at Canandaigua Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to manage the overflow calls to the VCL as defined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Sources Sought is a market research tool used to determine the adequacy of eligible organizations prior to determining the acquisition strategy and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS codes being considered for the subject effort are as follows: 517919 All Other Telecommunication 561421 Telephone Answering Services 624190 Other Individual and Family Services 813920 Professional Organizations Interested parties shall provide their capability statement and return the attached questionnaire, via email, to Debbie Frankovich (Debbie.frankovich@va.gov). TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. All responses must be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 pm EDT on THURSDAY, 16 April 2015. Presentations should demonstrate the organizations capability to meet the requirements stated in the attached DRAFT PWS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NO.
