- DD Form 1423 SPMYM3-15-Q-7069 Stainless Steel Rings has closed and is cancelled, replaced with SPMYM3-15-Q-7072 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is SPMYM3-15-Q-7072. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-80 and DFARS Change Notice 20150226. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: 0001 Stainless Steel Rings 10 ea _____ _____ Duplex Type 255 Stainless Steel Rings. Material is to be per ASTM-A479 / A479M-14, OR FORGING TO ASTM-A1049 / A1049M-15 GRADE F 61 UNS # S32550. Size for all rings is to be: 27.00" OD X 22.00" ID X 1.75" thick. Ref 50644011 0002: Data Requirements, Exh "A", Seq A001 to be Vendor's Certificate of Conformance for item 0001 Rings with all attributes and requirements of ASTM-A479 / A479-14 OR ASTM-A1049 / A1049M-15 IAW DI-MISC-80678. The C.O.C. shall contain: Vendor name, address, phone number, and date. PNSY Contract Number. Vendor's authorized personnel's signature. A statement to the effect that all item rings are in full compliance with ASTM-A479 / A479M-14 OR ASTM-A1049/A1049M-15. Submission shall be IAW the Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423).
