SF 1449 JOTFOC The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to PAR MARINE SERVCIES LLC. 1. CHAIN STOPPER, ULSTER: MMC PN: 70011-001 QTY: 02 2. PELICAN HOOK ASSEMBLY; MMC PN: 0258101-7 QTY: 03 3. MAIN SHAFT; PN: C-20245-1 QTY:01 (PARA MARINE SERVICES, LLC) is the OEM for these parts. Period of Performance: All items to be delivered on or before 22JUL2015. Vendor will provide all parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST April 16, 2015 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
