Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an "other than full and open competition", sole source agreement with PEPIDS LLC for the access to Emergency Medicine Platinum Suite, 4 licenses. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of meeting this requirement. The licenses and installation will include yearly maintenance and support for: Department of Veterans Affairs VA Puget Sound Health Care System 1660 S. Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
