Description

AOP10 Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisistion Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additiona information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Ag-3144-S-15-SS01 and shall be reference on all quotes and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through the is site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. This is a brand name soliciation for the US Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Information Officer, International Technology Services for ActivClient Software Maintenance Rewnewal as follows: 29,785 Each ACCXXXXLAM5 ActivID ActivClient per user - Advanced Premium Support and Maintenance POP: 04/05/2015 - 04/04/2016. Interested parties are required to submit quotes by the closing date and time identified within this posting. The Government plans to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract. Government, however, reserves the right to issue multiple Firm Fixed Price contracts if in the Governments best interest. Quotes will be evaluated and award issued to the vendor that provides the best value to the Government based on evaluation factor(s) of: Price and Delivery.
