- D15PS00302 RFP Body The Office of Natural Resource Revenue (ONNR) requires a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Catalog System for its Integrated Online Library, located at: Department of the Interior Office of Natural Resource Revenue Information Management Center Denver Federal Center 6th & Kipling Denver, CO The Period of Performance is to be for one 12-month Base Year and four 12-month Option Years. Attached is the RFP continuation to include specifications, solicitation provisions, and contract clauses. Questions are due no later than 5:00 PM EST on April 8, 2015; via email to Amber_Hughes@ibc.doi.gov.
