Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project Number Project# 546-15-106; ADDRESS 797/800 PHARMACY COMPLIANCE AT THE MIAMI VA MEDICAL CENTER, MIAMI FLORIDA. This project will design and construct an entrance vestibule to meet both 797 / 800 requirements and ICRA requirements. The project range is between $250,000 and $500,000; The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 236220, 'Commercial and Institutional Building Construction' industry and a Small Business Size Standard is $33.5Mil. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Only. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with An SDVOSB concern.
