Description

Computer Room Cleaning Services Solicitation, SF Form 1449 This is a combined synopsis solicitation for computer room cleaning service. PBGC requires professional computer room cleaning of its computer rooms, LAN rooms, and certain other areas that will be identified below. This includes 3 locations, two of which are in D.C. (across the street from each other); the other is located at Kingstowne, Va. Cleaning is required semi-annually, either in whole or in part, as identified by PBGC's ITIOD department for each semi-annual period. There is one exception which is cleaned only annually (see Scope of Work for 1200 K Street, Item #2). There are times when a particular area or some of the LAN rooms may not be available to be cleaned. Therefore, the quote should address this situation by providing a quote for each cleanable area. Therefore, for each semi-annual cleaning, some rooms or areas may not be cleaned and consequently, not charged for. All work will be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. The next cleaning is expected to take place about August 2015.
