Description

THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda MD, and its outlying support sites by means of a combination firm-fixed price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is anticipated to be April 2015, and will be posted on the NECO and FEDBIZOPPS websites. This solicitation, including all specifications, will only be available in downloadable electronic format. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award.
