- 4LA0216 Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT Project No. 4LA0216 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Monroe Delineated Area: North: Louisville Ave/State Route 15 South: Interstate-20 East: 18th Street West: Walnut Street * See Attached Map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,055 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,055 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Minimum 4 Surface Parking spaces. Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: • The offered space shall be located on the 2nd floor or higher. • Proposed space shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by Interagency Security Committee (ISC) as hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities. • Proposed space shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant's Physical Security Unit (PSU) for security purposes. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
