Description

** This notification is an amendment (#17,367.1) to the previous Justification and Authorization (#17,367). The attached Justification and Approval amendment is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract modification to Ridgewood Technology Partners LLC, under contract N00039- 14-C-5245. This modification authorizes increased engineering labor to be performed within the scope of the base period of the contract. This action amends and increases the approved contract value approved by the prior J&A by $650,000.00. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C Section 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
