- P = Pre-Solicitation Notice/Procurement The Contractor shall provide health and life insurance services to locally hired employees of the Government of the United States of America in Mexico; including Mexico City, American Consulates at Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua; Guadalajara, Jalisco; Matamoros, Tamaulipas; Hermosillo, Sonora; Merida, Yucatan; Monterrey, Nuevo Leon; Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas; Tijuana, Baja California; and Nogales, Sonora; as well as Consular agencies at Acapulco, Guerrero; Cabo San Lucas, B.C.; Cancún, Quintana Roo; Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco; Mazatlán, Sinaloa; Piedras Negras, Coahuila; Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo; and San Miguel Allende, Guanajuato. The specific health and life coverage as well as the group of employees to include estimated number of employees and eligible dependents who shall be provided with the insurance services shall be described in the actual RFP. The anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered The Government plans to issue the Solicitation on the FedBizOpps during the month of April 2015. Please see the RFP for the actual response date. NOTE: No electronic submissions shall be accepted. Meaning, electronic offers or proposals will not be accepted. Place of Contract Performance: Mexico City, American Consulates at: Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua; Guadalajara, Jalisco; Monterrey, Nuevo Leon; and Tijuana, Baja California. NOTE: For this procurement action, prospective offerors must be registered within the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) which is now under System for Award Management (SAM).
