- Past Perf. Questionnaire Pricing Worksheet IDIQ SOW RFQ with instructions The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Tobacco Products, Silver Spring, MD has a requirement for an indefinite quantity of video card players. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This action is under FAR Part 13.5. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract per FAR 16.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote number is. This is a Request for Quotes with the number FDA-RFQ-15-1142633A. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-78 are incorporated into this request. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov/far. The location is Silver Spring, Maryland. The NAICS code is 323111. The period of performance is anticipated to be April 2015 - April 2020.
