- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912NS-15-Q-3017 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80. The NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $30,000,000. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation and will be evaluated based on price and conformance to the solicitation. CLIN 0001 - Yellow Ribbon Event Program Event 01 MAY - 03 MAY 2015 Kansas City, Missouri 1.Event Schedule Friday, 1MAY15, Staff set up from 1:00p-5:00p Saturday, 2MAY15, Staff set up from 6:30a-8:00a Saturday, 2MAY15, Event conducted from 8:00a-6:00p Sunday, 3MAY15, Staff set up from 6:30a-8:00a Sunday 3MAY15, Event conducted from 8:00a-3:00p 2.Sleeping Room Requirement Requesting blocked lodging of 75 rooms for Friday night, 01MAY15 Requesting blocked lodging of 25 rooms for Saturday night, 02MAY15 *(Blocked rooms - paid for by individuals) *(Please title room block National Guard Yellow Ribbon) 3.Meeting Room Requirement One meeting room - Commander's Open/Close (Can be grand ballroom with all air walls open) -Seat 330 people -Pads and Pens provided by venue -Water Station Price $__________________ Three Meeting Rooms - Briefing rooms (Can be same grand ballroom with all air walls closed) -One Meeting room to seat 75 people round table style (DURING).
