Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-14-Q-0228 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79. This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 334516 and small business size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for a Brand Name or Equal Beckman Coulter Centrifuge, Allegra X-30R IVD Instrument, 120V-Blood Sample Preparation Equipment. Delivery location is Cleveland VAMC in Cleveland, Ohio and shall be FOB destination. Delivery required within 30 days after receipt of order. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-72. The Government will issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements within this solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Price Technical (capability of offer to meet the Government's needs): Ensure product line catalog submitted that illustrate technical features, salient features, and operating characteristics. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION/PRICE SCHEDULE Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio located at 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio 44106, is looking to procure Brand Name or Equal Beckman Coulter Centrifuge, Allegra X-30R IVD, 4 EA. "Includes one 4250 Rotor "4 buckets that fit the 4250 rotor "4 inserts with 16 holes each that accept both 4 ml and 4.5 ml tubes. All brand name sellers certify that they are an Authorized Channel or Reseller as of the date of the submission of its quote, and that they have the authorization required to support the product sale, product pricing, and product warranties in accordance with applicable manufacturer authorization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Sellers warrant that the products are new and in their original packaging and the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties remain in full effect. The Sellers confirm to have sourced all products submitted in this quote from the manufacturer or through manufacturer authorized channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and the manufacturer's current applicable policies at the time of purchase.
