Contract Value: Estimated Contract Value $21,866,843 (Base + 4 yrs) Current Contractor: CNI Aviation Inc. BACKGROUND: In an effort to promote open communications with Industry and gather information regarding the FAA ™s interest in executing a Performance-Based Services Acquisition for the Enterprise Services Center ™s (ESCs), Customer Service and Desktop Support (CSDS). The CSDS service areas have a requirement for technical support in tandem with the government to provide the following services for the MMAC, FAA, DOT, and other Federal Agencies. Services include, but are not limited to the following functions: 24x7x365/366 Service Desk Support providing Level 1 support Application Specific Technical Support Application Monitoring Production Control Computer Deployment and Configuration Asset and Quality Management Systems Support PURPOSE: The purpose of this combined Industry Day/Market Survey is to solicit capabilities statements, statements of understanding, and to identify interested vendors. This combined Industry Day/Market Survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified companies. Historically this requirement has been an 8(a) set aside, but verification is still necessary. Note: Attendance is not limited to 8(a) Companies. This Special Notice was designed to ˜Save the date ™ and a Draft Performance Work Statement shall be forthcoming. INDUSTRY DAY LOCATION: Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) (Bldg 13) - Auditorium 6500 South MacArthur Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK 73169 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS & PERSONNEL LIMITATIONS Advance registration is required. Each company is limited to no more than 2 individuals due to space limitations. ****NOTE**** REGISTRATION FOR THE PREVIOUS INDUSTRY DAY/MARKET SURVEY ANNOUNCEMENT (19986 POSTED 03/05/2015) IS NO LONGER VALID. REGISTRATION MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED BASED ON THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. To attend the Industry Day portion, the following information must be emailed to the Point of Contact (POC) and Alternate Contact (AC) on or before April 23, 2015 at 3:00 pm CST to be added to the attendee list. -Name -Position/Title -Name of company or organization they represent SECURITY AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION Each attendee must bring a current, valid government-issued U.S. citizen's picture identification (such as a valid driver's license), and all attendees shall be required to walk through a metal detector screening device at the Visitor Center/Security Building (Bldg. 230) main gate entrance (6501 Mike Monroney Blvd.). ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE REGISTERED BY APRIL 23rd TO BE AUTHORIZED FOR CHECK IN AT THE VISITOR'S CENTER AND PROCEED TO THE INDUSTRY DAY VENUE. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES ARRIVING AND POTENTIAL TRAFFIC CONGESTION AT THE MAIN GATE, ATTENDEES ARE ADVISED TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 1 TO 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE INDUSTRY DAY PROCEEDINGS IN ORDER TO CHECK IN, PROCESS THROUGH SECURITY, TRAVEL THROUGH THE MMAC CAMPUS, PARK VEHICLES, AND ARRIVE TIMELY AT THE INDUSTRY DAY VENUE. All companies that are interested, whether attending the Industry day or not, shall provide the following to the Government Point of Contact (POC) on or before April 30, 2015 at 3:00 pm CST: 1. Business Declaration 2. A copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. 3. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business Number of employees 4. Statement of Understanding which ensures that the contractor has a complete grasp of the requirement. Companies attending the Industry Day may hand-carry the items listed above.
