Description
Solicitation number SPE4A6-15-R-0361, SC1000030698, NSN 1440-00-127-5859, Sleeve-Seal, Liquid. Unit of issues is each (EA). Solicitation is a small business set aside procurement using the procedures of full and open competition after the exclusion of sources. Basic Drawing Nr 81205 29-46932. Non-commercial and USAF ICBM. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This item has Government First Article Testing requirements. The requested delivery is 472 with Government FAT requirements, 292 with Government FAT requirements waived. The highest priority weapon system is FGZ and the end item is the LGM-30 Minuteman III Missile. The guaranteed minimum quantity (base year only) is 38 EA. The estimated annual quantity is 155 EA. The maximum quantity each year is 247 EA. Total Maximum contract quantity for all 5 years cannot exceed 1,235 EA. Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, government arranged transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program- Shipments Origination Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). Solicitation will issue on April 23, 2015 with a closing date of May 22, 2015.
