- NSN: 9410-01-456-2020 Specification: No award will be made to an offeror who at the time of award is not on the state approved list of Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) in the state in which award is to be made. NAICS Code: 221112 Estimated Quantity : 40,785,263 kWh Destination Information: Electricity and ancillary services for ultimate transfer to the following locations within New Jersey, Maryland, and Texas: Department of Energy Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PJM), Military Sealift Command (PJM), Military Sealift Command (ERCOT). Delivery Schedule and Duration of the Contract Period: The Government is soliciting offers for the following delivery periods: -Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory 12 Months from the meter read date occurring in June 2015 until the meter read date occurring in June 2016 -Military Sealift Command (PJM) 11 Months from the meter read date occurring in June 2015 until the meter read date occurring in May 2016 -Military Sealift Command (ERCOT) 8 Months from the meter read date occurring in October 2015 until the meter read date occurring in May 2016 Closing Response Date: Thursday, April 30, 2015 The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will incorporate provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
