- Outreach Flyer You are cordially invited to attend a free outreach session on June 2, 2015 with the Upper Colorado Region's Albuquerque South Contracts Group and Program Managers as they talk about the mission of Reclamation. Come meet special guests from the Albuquerque Small Business Development Center, The New Mexico District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the Albuquerque Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP). Then meet with Reclamation Program personnel and Contract Specialists for one on one sessions to discuss contractor capabilities and government program needs. This outreach session is free and you won't want to miss out on this opportunity!
