Description

Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic located in Kings Bay, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Woven Electronics, 1001 Old Stage Road, Simpsonville, SC 29681, for the purchase of one each P/N 8X00077-001 SMG4572 Replacement Assembly Grate with 8 dogleg. This purchase will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures SAP) and other than Full and Open Competition as authorized in FAR 6.302-1. The following FAR clauses apply to this procurement: 52.204-7 System for Award Management, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification ”Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions “Commercial Items, 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, 252.203-7000 Requirements Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.203-7005 Representation Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.232-7009 Mandatory Payment by Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card, 252.232-7010 Levies on Contract Payments, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. All equipment currently installed are the sole intellectual property and are proprietary to AWoven Electronics. The government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for a one time purchase. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability. All inquiries received by the government by 12:00PM eastern time, 10 APR 2015 will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
