- NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound is soliciting a firm fixed price service type contract for the leasing of various sized MHE and AWP in support of PSNS and IMF Det San Diego. Rental period is to be approximately 8 months with one line item for 2 months. MHE type will be forklifts: 3/7/10 Ton. AWP type is 60/125 FT lifts. Delivery will be FOB Destination to NASNI Coronado. The requirement will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside and the solicitation will be issued on or about 16 April 2015 with a closing on or about 30 April 2015. When issued the RFQ will be posted on the NECO website. All offerors wishing to submit an offer will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to janet.m.baker@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. Only vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be considered for contract award. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Procurement process will utilize FAR Parts 13.5. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
