Description

RFQ Solicitation B00421-15-T-0249 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for a Pleora Technologies Fiber kit, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. The Government is seeking to award to a small business. Preference over price will be given to small business quotes. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.
