- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for a SLC ATCT HVAC UPGRADE PROJECT at the SALT LAKE CITY ATCT, UTAH. -Type of Contract: Firm, Fixed Price. -Davis Bacon Wage rates apply. -Estimated value: $50,000 to $100,000. -OPTIONAL site visit: April 21, 2015 (see below). -Offers due: May 12, 2015. -NAICS Code: 238220. This requirement is an 8(a) Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) concerns set-aside. 8(a) businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration Form inserted following Part IV, Section K. DETAILS FOR ATTENDING THE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There is one coordinated OPTIONAL site visit on TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME. a. The meeting point for the site visit: FAA Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) 2298 W 650 N Salt Lake City, UT 84116 To attend the site visit, advance notice is required by April 16, 2015 at 2:00PM LOCAL TIME to the FAA POC identified below. You are required to provide your company name and representative(s) full name and contact phone number(s). There will be no substitutions or add-ons after the cutoff date.
