Please feel free to use this site to access the information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure the following on a sole source basis from COMSOL Floating License renewals. It is the only commercial code which provides the required capabilities with the flexibility required by the program. This requirement is sole source for COMSOL in Burlington, MA.
