Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, DC intends to award a sole source contract to NUIX NORTH AMERICA INC located at 1101 30TH ST STE 500, WASHINGTON DC 20007- for a one (1) base period of 6 months. The contract will result in a firm fixed price contract for NUIX EDISCOVERY WORKSTATION 8 Core, ABBYY Recognition Server 8-18 Cores, NUIX 4 Core, NUIX support service and NUIX management server software. This contract action is for software for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) - only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which may be considered by the agency for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of statements, proposal, or quotations. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Paul LaFranchise at lafranchisep@sec.gov no later than 12:00 PM, EST, April 10, 2015.
