- N00164-15-G-WQ60-0002 - SOLE SOURCE - AN/VLQ-13(V) CVRJ SPARES - FSC 5895 - NAICS 335999 Anticipated Issue Date 10 APR 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date 17 AUG 2015 - Time 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into Job Order 0002 of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-15-R-WQ60 with Impact Science & Technology, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Exelis, Inc.) 85 Northwest Blvd, Suite B, Nashua, NH 03063-4068. The Job order is for the following items: Minimum 102 each, Maximum 159 each, Band C Top Assembly, P/N 795938-01 and 603996-01, in support of the AN/VLQ-13(V)1 & (V)2 Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare Vehicle Receiver Jammer (CVRJ) Countermeasures System. Items are to be delivered 270 days after Job Order award and shipped FOB: Destination. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis. Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. The basis for restricting competition is duplication of costs to the Government in qualifying a new vendor would not be recouped through competition and the Government does not have unlimited rights to the technical data package. The Job Order Solicitation will not be made available through the Government point of entry www.fbo.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
