Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for laboratory testing of frozen samples analysis for the MEDDAC-Japan/BG Crawford F. Sams AHC Laboratory, Camp Zama, Japan, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and item listing. Manufacturer: BML, Inc. Requests for the services will be placed against the BPA as required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 621511. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to linda.n.oshiro.civ@mail.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the attached list of items and also provide a current copy of your price list for all the items NO LATER THAN 24 April 2015, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time or 2:00 PM Eastern Time. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the services indicated to be considered for this BPA.
