The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, is requesting information in order to determine the existence of potential sources capable of outfitting the Eugene Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) in Eugene, OR, with furniture and installation services. The Eugene CBOC is a new facility, and a requirement is being contemplated which involves outfitting the facility with furniture, consisting of approximately 125 different individual items, not including minor design variations (color, upholstery etc.), for a total of approximately 1,800 pieces. These items include desks, chairs, work benches, filing cabinets, tables, book cases, stools, workstations, media carts, and other related furnishings. The expected order of magnitude for this requirement is $1-5 million. This requirement is anticipated to require only the furnishing of various furniture items and staging/installation services. Any information received in response to this sources sought notice will not be considered in conjunction with any response to any solicitation issued by the government. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any information solicited or received. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. All interested contractors should notify this office via email by 12:00 PM Mountain Time on Monday, April 20, 2015.
