Description

This is a market survey for the acquisition of Genrad Test Fixture (PCB U3001056). Specifications: 1)The smallest size fixture with no overclamp. 2)100% Twisted Pair wiring. 3)Plexiglass Cover. 4)Silk Screen of components. 5)Shorting Plate. 6)25 Spare probes and sockets. 7)Power and Ground Islands. 8)Ground plane. The board dimensions are 5.5 � X 8.5 �. PCB must be digitized to obtain X/Y data as no cad data is available. The FAA will provide a loaded PCB. The FAA can provide upon request a HP3065 Top Plate to help in the build. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor �s expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms, capable of providing the Genrad Test Fixture (PCB U3001056). This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm Size and type of services provided by previous contracts Number of years in business 2. Confirmation of current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. Please respond by submitting requested information and a filled-out and signed copy of the Business Declaration form (please submit electronically, email to address below). All responses to this market survey must be received by Thursday, April 16, 2015, 2:00 pm CST (Oklahoma Time).
