THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) is seeking an entity to provide alcohol and drug treatment housing to the beneficiaries of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System Catchment Zone which includes Toledo and Northwest Ohio. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 623220 applies. All potential bidders MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM and show as "active" to be eligible to submit a bid/quote. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contract is for the period of the Date of Award for one (1) year plus four (4)pre-priced one (1) year option year period(s) for the, VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105. RFQ packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about April 14, 2015.
