- Required Pricing Worksheet Security Requirements and Wage Rates Request for Proposal, Statement of Work, and Requirements The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest/Arctic Region 10, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the renovation of the Cargo and Passenger Kitchenettes at the Pacific Highway Land Port of Entry in Blaine, WA. GSA requests that your firm provide a proposal package in accordance with this solicitation and all attachments. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Specifications. In accordance with FAR 5.102, interested parties may access the solicitation at http://fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation, any amendments and additional information.
