- Competitive Procurement - Aircraft, FA-18, A-D, E/F, G (Growler) - Adapter Transporter, (WSDC Z9N) PR 0056266467 for NSN 4920-01-262-1832, The Boeing Company, Cage 76301, P/N 74D750008-1003, Adapter Transporter. This item is competitive with three approved sources. The Boeing Company (Cage 76302), McCay Tool and Engineering Company (Cage 06651) and Seyer Industries (Cage 19494). The solicitation is for a quantity of 37 each. Delivery is 222 DARO, FOB Point and Inspection/Acceptance at origin. This solicitation is unrestricted, using other than full and open competition. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be used; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other valuation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). The issue date is on or around February 11, 2015 and the closing date is on or around March 11, 2015.
