Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Various (Wilkes Barre area) Delineated Area: - POINT OF ORIGIN: Intersection of Route 11 and Route 502 in Moosic, PA - NORTH: Route 502 traveling east to Interstate 380 traveling east to Route 507; - EAST: Route 507 traveling north to Route 196 traveling east to Route 611; - SOUTH: Route 611 traveling south to Interstate 80 traveling west to Interstate 476; - SOUTHWEST: Interstate 476 traveling west to Laurel Run Road traveling west to Pine Run Road west to Wilkes Barre Township Blvd (Route 309) traveling north to Interstate 81; - WEST: Interstate 81 traveling south to Route 29 traveling north to Route 11 traveling north to the Point of Origin. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 162,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 168,000 Space Type: Warehouse (minimal office) plus Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 3 Option Term: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies space under lease in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
