- Solicitation number SPE4A6-15-R-0390, SC1000031305, NSN 1420-01-344-5793, Modification Kit, Gu. Unit of issue is each (EA). Solicitation is unrestricted using the procedures of other than full and open competition. Approved sources are L-3 Communications (CAGE 80045) P/N 639AS578 and Diehl Raytheon Missile (CAGE DL355) P/N 639AS578. Non-commercial and not CSI. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Control (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This item has Government First Article Testing requirements. The requested delivery is 584 days with Government FAT requirements, 259 days with Government FAT requirements waived. The highest priority weapon systems is BCN and the end item is the AIM Sidewinder Missile. The guaranteed minimum quantity (base year only) is 22 EA. The estimated annual quantity is 88 EA. The maximum quantity each year is 133 EA. Total maximum contract quantity for all 5 years cannot exceed 665 EA. Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, government arranged transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program- Shipments Origination Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). Solicitation will issue on April 28, 2015 with a closing date of May 27, 2015.
