Description

Limited Source and Brand Name Justification The US Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, Acquisition Office on behalf of the FSA Technology Office intends to award an order via GSA FSS under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized and FAR 8.405-6(b) items peculiar to one manufacturer to Immix Technology, Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive, STE 200, McLean, VA 22102 to provide WebFOCUS software annual maintenance support. This action will result in a 1 year Firm-Fixed-Priced order with 2 option years. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFQ will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Mr. Elijah Gross, Contracting Officer, elijah.gross@ed.gov.
