- Western Area Power Administration anticipates issuing a solicitation under a small business set-aside for a line truck utility body and winch installation based on a specification that will be provided in the solicitation. This synopsis is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation and specification will be posted on or about April 14, 2015, with responses due back by April 24, 2015.
