- THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY2015 FUNDS. The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command supporting the Lewisburg Air Force Reserve Center (AFRC) in Danville PA, has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services at 90 Liberty Valley School Road Danville, PA 17821 (PA176).. The Government intends to issue a 100% set-aside solicitation restricted to small business for this requirement. The Government will select for award the responsible, responsive offeror whose proposal is lowest priced. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. The anticipated award date for this action is 10 May 2015. NOTES: A point of contact (POC) will be given for any necessary site visits at issuance of a formal solicitation. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Web site located at https://acquisition.army.mil and https://www.fbo.gov. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Release of an official solicitation is anticipated to occur shortly following this post. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor www.fbo.gov for the release of the solicitation. Point of contact for this action is Joseph Henrius, Contract Specialist, ACC-NJ-WS, joseph.p.henrius.civ@mail.mil. This procurement is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561730, Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Services. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the Government and this shall be completed by the time of award. The solicitation's incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect utilizing Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-70. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Place of Performance will be at or near 90 Liberty Valley School Road Danville, PA 17821 (PA176).. All responses to this pre-solicitation notice shall be in writing; NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
