VA786-15-Q-0178 Pre Solicitation Notice for Committal Repair Services For Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico VA RFQ VA786-15-Q-0178 - Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to: 1) remove and replace all committal shelter slate roof flashing, roof ridge cap, sky light flashing, drip edge, gutters and downspouts (approx. 500 LF); 2) remove and reinstall all committal shelter existing slate roof shingles (approx. 900 SF); 3) cut-out and replace rotted plywood roof decking (approx. 450 SF); 4) cut-out and replace rotted sub-roof structural framing, including ridge beam structural framing member (approx. 450 LF); 5) furnish and install felt ice and water shield over newly installed plywood roof decking (approx. 500 SF); 6) replace damaged or missing slate roof shingles with in-kind slate roof shingles (approx. 30 SF); 7) caulk and seal all roof flashing, roof ridge cap, sky light flashing, drip edge, gutters, and downspouts (approx. 500 LF); 8) replace exterior rated duplex outlet and circuit; 9) scrape; prime; caulk; and otherwise prepare all interior and exterior wooden surfaces (approx. 6,000 SF) needed for the completion of a quality paint job; and 10) paint all interior and exterior wooden surfaces (approx. 6,000 SF) with two coats of exterior type paint in customer desired colors at Quantico National Cemetery, Committal Shelter A, 18424 Joplin Road (Route 619), Triangle, VA 22172. Project will be for a 60 days after receipt of the notice to proceed letter. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238160 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ VA786-15-Q-0178 on remittances. An electronic solicitation will be available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about April 23, 2015. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., May 14, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
