Description

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a continuing requirement for contractor support for the renewal subscriptions of Dundas Dashboard Designer, Dundas Dashboard Developer and Dundas Dashboard Server. The USPTO intends to negotiate and award a contract for the renewal of the renewal subscriptions of Dundas Dashboard Designer, Dundas Dashboard Developer and Dundas Dashboard Server utilizing NAICS 423430 to CJEN, Inc., 17321 Jefferson Davis HWY #307, Dumfries, VA 22026 for a base period and two (2) one year option periods, with an estimated value of $79,533.00. The anticipated award date is April 20, 2015. The USPTO publicized this requirement on through market research and the results indicate that CJEN, Inc is the only known qualified HUBZone small business. As a result of USPTO's exemption from the Competition in Contracting Act, the subject requirement is being procured using the Alternative Competition Method in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) and the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act, 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
