Description

SPRWA1-15-R-00853 IS AMENDENDED TO CHANGE THE QUANTITY FROM 2 EACH TO A QUANTITY OF 5 EACH. THE NEW SUSPENSE ACTION FOR THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 13 May 2015. SPRWA1-15-R-00853 ITEM 0001: 2 Ea NSN 5895-01-021-2878, P/N: 204-14991-5 ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER. APPLICABLE: E-3 AIRCRAFT. Provides surveillance, command- and control, and communications functions for tactical and defensive missions. ITEM 0002: Data 1 Lot; Counterfeit Prevention Plan (Not Separately Priced) associated with CLIN 0001. The purposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Qualified source: 81205 The Boeing Company. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond o the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fourth-five days (thirty days if award is issued under and existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
