All space must be contiguous on one (1) floor of the offered building and above ground floor space must be serviced by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Any offered location must be serviced by public transportation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
