Description
The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement for lodging and meals in Vina Del Mar, Chile. COMUSNAVSO will host an event that requires lodging and meals in support of UNITAS 2015 Exercise Initial Planning Conference (IPC). This Expeditionary Logistics and Life Support Services for U.S. Navy and Partner Nation forces operating ashore in Vina Del Mar, Chile. The primary objective of this contract is to obtain expeditionary Logistic Support for U.S Navy Forces and their designated personnel operating ashore in Chile during UNITAS IPC conference in late APRIL 2015. The SC shall provide lodging and meals for approximately 10 Partnering Nation (PN) personnel in Vina del Mar, Chile attending IPC for UNITAS. Hotel is required for PN participants during conference. The hotel shall be in a safe secure location that is acceptable to United States Department of Defense security assessment. Lodging and meals must be provided within the main facilities with all lodging rooms within close proximity of each other. The hotel shall have a modern professional system of internal and external security to include cameras strategically located to monitor the interior and exterior of the hotel. It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and available upon arrival of forces/guests unless otherwise specified by COR. The Service Contractor (SC) shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services. The SC shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise. The solicitation will be available by TUE, 14 APR 2015 and contract award no later than 22 APR 2015. NOTE: This is an URGENT requirement and therefore a fast turnaround time.
