- 84 - T-Shirt, Athlete's, Short Sleeve, APFU SOLICITATION # SPE1C115R0052 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 1. This solicitation is hereby extended until Friday May 15, 2015 because prior PDM submittals did not meet the specification of the product description. 2. Submit two (2) set of PDMs size medium or large per proposed place of performance as well as update any other part of your proposal. 3. The PDMs must have the "ARMY" logo printed on the item in accordance with the purchase description. 4. Written procedures on the screen printing or heat transfer preparation and process are also required as part of your offer. 5. Due to the logo issue, this amendment removes the option of utilizing an alternate fabric. If your firm utilized an alternate fabric, your firm is required to submit a new set of PDMs or your PDM will be rated "unacceptable". Fabric does not have to be shade approved or tested. You are not obligated to resubmit the PDMs. If you elect to not resubmit, your original PDMs will be evaluated in accordance with the specification in the product description, which might be deemed "unacceptable". 6. Any new set of PDMs will replace the original submittal and full evaluation will be done on the new set of PDMs only. The solicitation has NOT yet been issued. The solicitation will be issued on or after 06 FEBRUARY 2015. This date is estimated. The RFP, SPE1C1-15-R-0052, will be utilized for the purchase of the item: T-Shirt, Athlete's, Short Sleeve, APFU 8415-01-623-2516 (s) The acquisition includes a base ordering term plus four option ordering terms, with an established minimum (Min) quantity, annual estimated quantity (AEQ), and a maximum (Max) quantity per term. Two (2) each of PDMs must be submitted for every intended place of performance, including all proposed subcontractors. The offeror is encouraged to begin PDM production immediately once the solicitation is issued to allow sufficient time. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure that PDMs arrive by the closing date and time of the solicitation. Delivery will be to: LVI - ARMY 3PL, Pendergrass Distribution Center, 596 Bonnie Valentine Way, Pendergrass, GA 30567 (DODAAC SC0150) Delivery will commence 120 days after date of award with a reduced lead time of 90 days for follow-on delivery orders.
