The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Chicago, IL Metro Area (Western Suburbs) Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area: North - Golf Road East - I-294 South - Ogden Road West - Rt. 53/Rohwling Road from Golf Road south to I-290/I-355 interchange, then south along I-355 to Ogden Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,486 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,700 ABOA SF Space Type: OFFICE/WAREHOUSE Parking Spaces (Total): 19 Parking Spaces (Surface): 19 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous on a single floor and have potential for efficient layout. The space will consist of approximately 2,350 ABOA square feet of office and related space, and approximately 2,350 ABOA square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space. Warehouse areas require a minimum 12' clear span ceiling height. One 10' x 12' overhead door is required at grade level, or with a ramp if above grade level. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals.
