DESCRIPTION The Medical Facilities Design Office (MFDO) has a requirement to for a Medical Funds Resource Manager Analyst and Medical Construction Liaison. Full Statements of Works for both the Medical Funds Resource Management Analyst (Enclosure A) and Medical Construction Liaison (Enclosure B) are hereto attached. REQUESTED INFORMATION Name and brief description of the responding firm. Respondents should include information as to whether or not the firm is a small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541330, Engineering Services. The small business size standard under NAICS code 541330 is $15 million. If a small business concern, please provide information, on which, if any; of the sub-categories of small business (certified by SBA as a HUBZone SB, self-certified as a SDB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB and/or 8(a) Program SB) you qualify. This requirement is currently a part of the 8(a) Business Development Program. Provide a capabilities statement exhibiting the company 冱 ability to meet the requirements mentioned in the two Statements of Work. The requirements above are necessary to provide the Medical Facilities Design Office (MFDO) a Medical Funds Resource Management Analyst and Medical Construction Liaison. This is informational only, and no pricing details are requested at this time. 1.0Submittal Requirements The response to this RFI is due 30 April 2015 12:00 PM EST via email. The response to this RFI is not to exceed 10 single-sided pages, using 12 pt Times New Roman font with 1 inch margins on standard 8-1/2 by 11-inch paper. Preferred electronic format of documents is in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat. The Contracting Office for this action will be NAVFAC Atlantic, Norfolk, VA.
